Professional Services $ 525.00
Includes the basic use of our facilities, the professional services
of a director to discuss and implement family preferences,
options and alternatives. This may include coordinating the
initial transfer, obtaining vital statistics information, scheduling
vehicles, coroner, cemetery and/or crematorium and other
necessary contacts. Placement of death notices and the supervision
of all necessary staff functions to implement the transfer options selected.
Transfer of the Deceased $ 295.00
The initial transfer of the deceased to our facility: This is
a 24-hour service and includes staff, a transfer vehicle, and
specialized equipment.(within 40 kms. of Toronto)
Note: If the transfer is from a residence or a facility that requires two people the Charge for the transfer will be an additional $100.00
Sheltering of Remains $ 170.00
Arranging interim shelter of the deceased in a refrigerated room.
Documentation $ 190.00
Staff services to prepare and retain all necessary
documentation; file, obtain and deliver required
documents and permits, provide disbursement cheques,
Canada Pension Information, a receipted account.
Transfer to the Crematorium or Cemetery $ 195.00
Transfer of the deceased from our facility to the
crematorium or cemetery of choice. This service
includes staff, a transfer vehicle and specialized
equipment.
Total Professional Charges $1375.00

The following are disbursement costs not funeral home charges.
· Cost of Cremation at St. James Crematorium $ 450.00
· Coroner's Cremation Certificate Fee $ 75.00
· Government Registration fee $ 50.00
